Clear information for a relaxed stay
The house is particularly suited to families. The main rules are displayed before booking so there are no surprises on arrival.
Targeted mobile air conditioning
3 mobile units: 7,000 BTU in the main suite, 9,000 BTU in the living room and 9,000 BTU in the ground-floor sleeping area. Ceiling fans in both twin bedrooms.
Occupancy
Up to nine guests, with no more than six adults.
House rules
Non-smoking. No pets, parties, events or groups of young adults.
Parking
One vehicle can park inside the property; additional parking is available on the street.
Safety
The pool is fenced and all openings have security grilles; adult supervision remains essential.
Frequently asked questions
The essentials before booking
Is the pool private and secure?
Yes. It is reserved exclusively for villa guests, fenced and maintained by salt electrolysis. Children must nevertheless remain under the permanent supervision of an adult.
How far is the beach?
The beach and the Ría del Río Piedras are about a 10–15 minute walk away, depending on pace and route.
Does the house have air conditioning?
The house is not fully air-conditioned. Three mobile units serve the main suite, living room and ground-floor sleeping area. Both twin bedrooms also have ceiling fans.
What are the arrival days?
From 1 June to 30 September, stays run from Saturday to Saturday. Outside summer, dates are flexible with a seven-night minimum.
How does direct booking work?
Availability and quotes are managed through OwnerRez, payments through Stripe, and the agreement and guest formalities are completed online.
Are pets, parties or events allowed?
No. The house is non-smoking, pets are not accepted, and parties or events are not permitted.
