Is the pool completely private?
Yes. It is reserved for villa guests and fenced; children must remain under permanent adult supervision.
Can guests walk to the beach?
Yes. The beach and the Ría del Río Piedras are approximately a 10–15 minute walk away, depending on the route.
Does the villa have air conditioning?
The house is not fully air-conditioned. Three portable units are installed in the main suite (7,000 BTU), the living room (9,000 BTU) and the ground-floor sleeping area (9,000 BTU). Each of the two twin bedrooms has a ceiling fan.
